In 2024, I was delighted to receive a very special award: My jewelry ring series "Interplay of Tides" was in the segment Product Design with the renowned Red Dot Design Award excellent. For my label Annelie Fröhling – Studio jewelry from a master craftsman this is already the third Red Dot Award – a recognition that fills me with great joy and gratitude.

The collection includes 14-karat gold rings that can be worn individually, as a pair, or in any number. Individual compositions are created by combining different gold colors—yellow, rose, red, hazelnut, and white—with optional diamond setting. Inspired by the rhythm of the ebb and flow of the tide, the two ring shapes, with their descending and ascending wave patterns, blend perfectly into one another—despite their opposing orientations.

The jury particularly appreciated the sophisticated design concept, which opens up a virtually unlimited number of carrying options and the versatility of the series Interplay of Tides impressively underlines.
